I (Coach Kieran) do everything - that includes the video calls, building your plans, and email support. So yes, it will be me on the other end of our video calls!
Video calls take place on week days (Mon-Fri) however the time of day can be relatively flexible because we book the calls two weeks in advance (except for the first one which we want to schedule asap). If you would like to confirm a specific time/day then just flick me an email here or a message on social media.
Fortnightly video calls are the sweet spot in terms of both frequency and cost. In most cases weekly video calls would be unnecessary in the sense that not enough happens in just one week - it takes a little bit of time to see how you are progressing and to identify any barriers etc.
Having said that, if you would prefer weekly video calls then please get in contact here and we can sort something out that works for you!
Unfortunately not - I do not have experience with bodybuilding shows and the prep that goes into them, so you would be better off finding a coach who has that specific experience.
My premium coaching service is instead designed for anyone who wants maximum accountability and assistance when it comes to building muscle and strength, losing body fat, being healthier in general, feeling more confident, building good routines, building a better relationship with food etc.
There are no contracts and no minimum terms - so yes you can cancel any time! I don't believe in locking people into contracts - if you'd like to cancel your premium fitness coaching subscription, simply send an email to support@goodguysfit.com and I'll cancel it for you! Just make sure you give me at least 24 hours notice before your next payment. You can also let me know on one of our video calls if you'd like to cancel your subscription.
