There are lots of challenges out there, especially at this time of year. However the large majority of them are focused only on the short term ie. going absolutely nuts for 8-12 weeks. The trouble is that most people will return to old undesirable habits as soon as the challenge is over, ultimately defeating the purpose of doing it in the first place!
The key to long term, sustainable results is always going to be a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle means healthy eating and regular exercise. My plans will provide you with a blueprint to follow but it's up to you to follow them - and the ultimate goal should be to continue on with your healthy lifestyle long after the challenge has finished!
The challenge starts on Monday the 8th of January 2024 and runs for 8 weeks, ending on Sunday the 3rd of March.
If you want to keep the progress going once the 8 weeks are up, you are more than welcome to continue on with a monthly subscription for nutrition and/or training after the challenge has finished - however that's totally up to you!

To be eligible to win first place prizes, you must:
Take one or more "before" pictures on or before the 8th of Jan 2024 and upload them in the GGF app (making sure to tick the "share with coach" box)
Take one or more "after" pictures between the 3rd and 5th of March 2023 and upload them in the GGF app (making sure to tick the "share with coach" box)
Log your body weight in the GGF app at least once every two weeks (once a week is recommended)
Note: your pictures will not be shared with anyone else or on social media without your permission.
Before/after pictures are not required for the challenge - however they are required to be eligible for first place prizes!

Judging criteria:
First place prizes will be judged using a combination of before/after pictures, total body weight change, and total challenge engagement. Engagement includes posting/interacting in the facebook group and posting your meals/exercise to your social media.
Spot prizes will be drawn randomly so everyone that enters the challenge has a chance to win!
All prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the 8 weeks. Anyone, anywhere in the world can enter the GGF challenge - however prizes can be sent to New Zealand addresses only.
If you already have a GGF monthly subscription:
You do not need to sign up seperately for the challenge. To enter the challenge and be eligible to win first place prizes, you just need to meet the same criteria listed above (before/after pics and logging your body weight).
However, current GGF subscribers are not eligible for challenge spot prizes (as you are already eligible for monthly supplement spot prizes as part of your subscription) unless you sign up seperately for the challenge (see below).
If you currently have a training monthly subscription (and not a nutrition or combo one), you can either:
1) do the nutrition side of things yourself or
2) sign up for the nutrition only challenge option which will give you nutrition plans to last the 8 weeks (and you will also be eligible for challenge-specific spot prizes) or
3) change your training only monthly subscription to a combo nutrition and training one (please email me here if you'd like to do this)
